is an Iraqi Private Company, was established in Basra Govern- orate, Iraq as a marine services contractor. We have expanded our activities to include marine construction, industrial / oil and gas equipment procurement and supply services, transportation and heavy equipment rental, steel fabrication and machining works, and mechanical services. With the technology transfer scheme that the Government of Iraq is opting for, we initiated a long-term business plan to develop strong alliances with international companies for streamlining future projects in Iraq. This relationship developed into a very close strategic alliance for mutual Business interests in Iraq. The purpose of AATHAAR is, before due time, to complete the commitments it undertakes in high quality and reliability in this competitive environment; and to stand prestigious in the market by creating additional value for its clients
